Why Use Sarbu Black Salt?
Sarbu Black Salt adds a tangy and savory taste to the chaat. Moreover, it complements the natural sweetness of corn and pomegranate.
In addition, black salt pairs well with lemon and roasted cumin. Therefore, these ingredients create a balanced mix of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors. As a result, every bite tastes fresh and flavorful.
Chef’s Tips
Whenever possible, choose fresh sweet corn for better flavor. However, frozen corn is also a good option when fresh corn is unavailable.
For a refreshing result, chill the cooked corn before adding the vegetables. Additionally, boiled chickpeas can be added for extra texture.
If you prefer a creamy texture, add some diced avocado. However, mix it gently so that it keeps its shape.
Most importantly, add the dressing just before serving. This way, the vegetables remain fresh and crisp.
