Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: Season the Vegetables
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables and garlic cloves.
- Add olive oil, Sarbu Himalayan Pink Salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
- Toss well until every vegetable is evenly coated.
Step 3: Roast
