Why Use Sarbu Black Salt?

Sarbu Black Salt gives buttermilk its tangy and savory taste, making every sip refreshing and delicious. Combined with fresh mint, coriander, ginger, and roasted cumin, it creates a classic Indian summer drink that’s both flavorful and satisfying.

Chef’s Tips

  • Use chilled yogurt and cold water for the best taste.
  • Blend the herbs instead of chopping them for a smoother, café-style chaas.
  • Adjust the water to make the buttermilk thicker or lighter as you like.
  • Add a few ice cubes before serving for an extra-refreshing drink.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of Sarbu Black Salt just before serving to enhance the flavor and presentation.
