Why Use Sarbu Black Salt?

Sarbu Black Salt adds a tangy and savory taste to fresh fruit chaat. Moreover, its unique flavor balances the natural sweetness of the fruits.

In addition, black salt pairs well with roasted cumin and fresh lemon juice. Therefore, these simple ingredients give the chaat a classic Indian flavor. As a result, every bite tastes sweet, tangy, and refreshing.

Chef’s Tips

First, use chilled fruits for a refreshing taste, especially during summer. Moreover, choose seasonal fruits whenever possible for better freshness and flavor.

For extra variety, add guava, pear, pineapple, or mango when available. However, cut the fruits into similar-sized pieces for easy serving.

Most importantly, toss the fruits gently to avoid damaging softer fruits such as banana and watermelon. Finally, add the seasoning just before serving. This way, the fruits stay fresh and juicy.
