Why Use Sarbu Himalayan Pink Salt?
For example, Sarbu Himalayan Pink Salt enhances the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes while complementing the earthy flavor of lentils. As a result, the soup develops a more balanced taste. In addition, the salt complements the vegetables and spices. Moreover, its mild flavor works well without overpowering the other ingredients. Therefore, Sarbu Himalayan Pink Salt is a great seasoning choice for this warm and satisfying soup.
Chef’s Tips
- For example, roast the sweet potatoes before adding them to the soup for a deeper flavor.
- In addition, add a handful of spinach or kale during the last few minutes of cooking for extra nutrition.
- Therefore, if you prefer a thinner consistency, add more stock as needed.
- Meanwhile, store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Alternatively, freeze the soup for up to 2 months.
- Finally, garnish with toasted seeds or a swirl of Greek yogurt for added texture and richness.
